The HDPQ series microcomputer automatic quasi-synchronization device is an intelligent device designed specifically for the quick, accurate integration of a range of synchronous generator sets or 1~12 lines at thermal power and hydropower plants (stations). This device can realize synchronization operation and no-voltage closing operation of circuit switches. It applies to
a single type of synchronization objects (such as power plant set switches) and a range of types of coexisting synchronization objects (matching our HDPQ-SLX route selector).

1. 12 channels are available to provide 1~12 generator sets or 1~12 ways of integration multiplexing. The function to identify the type of the object of integration and the nature of integration automatically is provided.

2. The first zero phase difference upon difference frequency integration is forecast with a precise mathematical model for

no-impact integration.

3.The set¡¯s frequency and voltage is controlled automatically in the generator integration process to ensure the frequency difference and difference voltage enter the setting range in the fastest and steadiest way and realize quick ground integration.

4. In case of common frequency integration of a line, if the power angles and difference voltages on both sides of the parallel point are less than the set values, the integration operation will be done immediately, otherwise the device will enter the backup mode and send a signal.

5.The device has a 160*128 array LCD menu for monitoring and setting, modification of the set values.

6.The synchronization closing recording function is provided. After each integration, the operating time of the circuit breaker will be detected automatically.

7.The device can adapt to any wiring mode of the VT quadratic voltage and has the automatic turning function.

8.In addition to the quasi-synchronization function, the device also has the no-voltage check (no voltage on one side or both sides) and same-system closed loop automatic quick closing functions.

9.The device can be used either alone or together with a monitoring system to realize telecontrolled synchronization.

Ordering instructions

Provide the following upon ordering:

1. Name, model and quantity of the device. Please specify any special requirement differs from our standard product.

2. Voltage class. The operating power supply for any device is intended for both AC and DC purposes, with 110V and 220V inputs; the 220V version will be provided unless otherwise specified.

3. Communication port: The device standard communication configure is a single 485. If needs dual RS485 network which shall be specified.

4. Ratings of key parameters

For a protector, provide the nominal rated current (1Aor5A)

For a device with the zero sequence current protection function in a low-current ground system, provide the rated zero sequence current (0.2Aor0.02A)
